Dive into the depths…without the need for dive gear! Join recreational SCUBA diver and photographer Phil Wilkinson, as he shows us the beautiful and diverse wildlife of our underwater world.
Phil is a recreational SCUBA diver with Seasearch Northern Ireland. Seasearch is a citizen science project run by the Marine Conservation Society. It primarily gathers species and topography data from volunteer divers around the British Isles. Volunteers like Phil are passionate about recording marine life and helping with conservation issues.
Phil will be showing a selection of underwater photos that he has recently taken locally. He hopes to show how beautiful, colourful and diverse our local underwater world is and why we need to protect it.
